250 gm roasted chana
2 tsp roasted cumin
2 tsp black salt (or to taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilly powder

2 tbsp savoury sattu powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
A few ice cubes (optional)
water as needed
