Eating Amla + Ginger + Fresh Turmeric with food improves digestion and reduces gas/bloating, enhances nutrient and iron absorption, controls post-meal blood sugar spikes,
reduces inflammation and joint pain, strengthens immunity, supports healthy skin, hair, and detox, helps with weight management and metabolism.
Here’s a simple and smart way to incorporate these in our daily food.

Ingredients

100 gm  Amla( Indian gooseberry)

100 gm Fresh Yellow/ white turmeric

50 gm ginger 

Instructions
  1. Clean all the ingredients thoroughly.Remove the outer skins and grind the three together to make a coarse paste.Transfer all the paste to a clean sterilised glass container.Use as required and keep it refigerated till it lasts.Shelf life of this mix is upto a week , when refrigerated.
  2. Add it raw to any curry or lentil preperations. Adjust the quantity according to your taste.  
Notes

Because of their strong tastes mostly children are not keen to eat  ginger, raw turmeric. This is a smart way to incorporate ginger, Amla and raw Turmeric in regular foods without compromising the original taste of  foods children love to eat!
