A refreshing and naturally sweet juice made with fresh apples and pomegranate. This juice is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber-supporting nutrients. It helps boost immunity, improve digestion, and keep the body hydrated.

Ingredients

1 cup pomegranate arils(seeds)
1/2 apple sliced
½ inch ginger (optional)
1 pinch salt
½ cup cold water or as needed
pistachio slices for crunch and crunch

Instructions

Prepare the fruits

Peel the pomegranate and remove the arils (seeds).

Wash apples, remove the core, and chop into pieces.

Blend

Add pomegranate arils, apple pieces and little water to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Strain (optional)

Strain through a sieve or muslin cloth if you prefer clear juice.

For more fiber, drink without straining.

Add salt and Stir

Serve

Pour into glasses and garnish with pistachio slices and serve chilled.
