Aloo Bhujia Green Chutney is a quick, spicy, and slightly crunchy chutney made by blending fresh herbs with aloo bhujia. This chutney pairs wonderfully with parathas, chilas, sandwiches, chaat, samosas, dhokla, and pakoras.
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
½ cup fresh mint leaves (optional but recommended)
½ cup aloo bhujia
2 green chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
6-7 small garlic cloves or 1/4 cup green garlic (optional)
Salt to taste
2–3 tbsp water (as needed)
